Hello everyone,

When I move out after I pass my exams, I need to be thinking of a new apartment. With a new apartment come decoration and I should try to do it in a cheap, but stylish way.
So I decided to do a DIY roundup series on home decoration.
I try to find the nicest and easiest DIY's to make decoration possible for a student like me.
This is the second blog of these series: Interior.
Previous: Walls, floors and stairs.
It's the one thing you notice in a house. I will mainly focus on larger objects, such as chairs or tables.
The smaller details be next.

So let's begin!

Chairs

Tables

Storage

Lighting

Other

I hope you enjoyed looking at what I picked out.

Travelling update 25/10

So here is a small update on my trip to Zambia.
I will be leaving saturday morning very early. It will be a 10 hour flight so I will probably be doodling, reading and playing pokemon X a lot.

I was on the boat just about the entire day (14:30 - 21:00) so I didn't do that much. The internet was pretty slow so that was a bummer.

I'm thinking of writing a travel log for the days that I'm there. I won't be able to upload it until I get home, because I doubt that there will be internet there.

Anyway, just a small update on my situation. I'll try an do a proper blog post either tomorrow or when I get back!

I'll be seeing you!

Hey guys!

When I move out, after (if) I pass my exams, I obviously need to think about my decorating my new apartment. And I should try to do it in a cheap, but stylish way.
So I decided to do a DIY roundup series on home decoration.
I try to find the nicest and easiest DIY's to make decoration possible for a student like me.
Not all the links lead to a diy, but some are just amazing inspiration!
This is the first blog of these series: Walls & Floors

Walls & Floors are not what you immediately notice in a house, but you can choose whether you want it as a statement piece or as a peaceful background.
Let's have a look!

Buy guide: Long sleeved lace dress

Hey peeps,

I'll be doing more buy-guides in the future, about many different items.
It's a new obsession of mine: Lace dresses! Especially the long sleeved ones are très chic.
I'll take an example model from an expensive brand and try to find cheaper alternatives.
You can click on the pictures to go to the respective sites.

http://www.ralphlauren.fr/product/index.jsp?productId=19001381&cp=4663491.4668871.4665201.15939771&ab=ln_women_apparel_eveningdresses
This is from Ralph Lauren and it costs a mere € 595,-

Such an amazing dress! If I had the money, it would be in my closet, definitely.

But I'm not rich so I look for alternatives!

We will be looking at two dresses from 3 clothing sites: Veromoda, Topshop and Newlook.
Let's go!

Shop 1: Veromoda
I found three dresses that kind of matched the main dress.
1 is more of a party dress whereas the number, I love the one-shoulder.  2 looks a little bit more casual.

€ 59,99

€ 39,99

Shop 2: Topshop
A bit more pricey than than the previous ones. The first one is a bit more casual, whereas the second one seems more grungy.

€ 65,-

€ 76,-

Shop 3:  New Look
These are more casual and more cheap than the last 2 shops. The first one has a lovely gothic vibe. The second one has more lace, though.

€ 49,99

I hope you found this useful. I look forward to be seeing you next time.
Did you think I should have included some items? Do you have suggestions for sites to look on for awesome fashion for less? Tell me please! I'd love some feedback.

See you next time!

Hey peeps,

As you might notice, I have updated my layout (again, yes)
I'm getting back into blogging after my school has settled down a bit.
It is a week until I will have my autumn holidays and after that I will go on holiday with my father.
(A week off from school, that's why I'm busy)

I'm going to Zambia! I'm really excited. You can expect many pictures. (I'm taking my camera obviously)
If you are interested where I'm going, I have a link for the resorts where I'm going to.

This will be the route I'm going to take: http://www.africatravelresource.com/trip/146798/
Camp 1 : http://www.africatravelresource.com/africa/zambia/southluangwa/south/bilimungwe-camp/
Camp 2 : http://www.africatravelresource.com/africa/zambia/southluangwa/south/kuyenda-camp/
Camp 3 : http://www.africatravelresource.com/africa/zambia/southluangwa/central/mfuwe-lodge/

I'm so excited! I can't wait.

AND I got Pokemon X yesterday. So. Addicted. Can't. Stop.
Yes I ordered a Nintendo 3DS XL (animal crossing included) pretty much for that and I don't care (I love it) I was planning on buying it anyway.

See you next time!
